In the living room here, you have two pull-out couches. Not one, you've got two.

So any guests that you have over, there's a ******** room here.

As well, upstairs you have two bedrooms. My only ask is that you don't have any crazy loud parties or anything here because the neighbors across the hall, they will absolutely freak out and be calling non-stop if there's any music or anything after 10pm.
